Zoobibi is a homewares destination inspired by the adventure of travel. We believe that your home is a place to express your own unique style, which is why we bring together a range of artisan made homewares from all over the world. Where is Zoobibi based?

Zoobibi is proudly based in Melbourne, Australia. You’ll find our flagship store in the leafy inner city suburb of Hawthorn, at 646 Burwood Road, Hawthorn East.

Is Zoobibi an Australian brand?

Zoobibi is a proudly Australian owned and operated brand.

 

SHOPPING WITH ZOOBIBI

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We sure do! You can come and experience the full Zoobibi experience at 646 Burwood Road, Hawthorn East Victoria 3122.

At our flagship showroom, you’ll be transported to an exotic location - Bali or Marrakesh. Moorish inspired arches leading into natural light filled rooms, a beautiful Courtyard with a fountain the middle, a home kitchen delivering exotic dishes inspired by our travels. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal and Afterpay.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the Zoobibi website?

Yes - We go to great lengths to ensure your credit card information is protected, and that buying online is safe and simple. You can see our Privacy Policy for more details here.

I’ve made an error on my order - what can I do now?

Mistakes happen! You can call our showroom directly, or email us at hello@zoobibi.com as soon as possible, and quote your order number.

I need help deciding! Can you help me choose?

We’d  love to help you discover your adventurous find. Our Instagram is a wellspring of inspiration, as well as our blogs and articles. If you’re looking for the full Zoobibi experience, a visit to our Hawthorn East showroom will let you touch, remix and style to your heart’s content with the help of our friendly stylists. The product I want is sold out! Can I put it on backorder?

We pride ourselves on truly unique items, which unfortunately means we cannot backorder. This means once an item has sold out, it is most likely not going to return - so if you love it, buy it risk free with our 30 day returns policy. By keeping our stock fresh, we ensure we’re truly living up to our #anadventurousfind hashtag by continuing to supply interesting and eclectic items.

How do I set up an account?

Setting up your account is super simple, and makes checking out a total breeze. Simply click ‘register’ in the top right hand corner of our website to start the easy process.

I don’t want to set up an account. Can I make purchases as a guest?

Definitely. Simply select ‘Check out as guest’ to fill in your details.

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

When can I expect my order?

The following times should be used as an estimate only:

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 2 - 3 business days

Adelaide: 2 - 4 business days

Perth, NT and Tas: 5 - 7 business days

Please note: Regional areas may take longer for delivery

What postal service do you use?

We use a special software system that will calculate the best shipping rate to your address, which means we use a variety of postal services, such as Aus post, Couriers Please, Fastway, StarTrack, TNT and Allied Express.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll notify you via email and supply you with an online tracking link to track your order in live time.

Who can I contact about a problem with my order?

We want you to have the best shopping experience with Zoobibi, so in the event of an issue, please email us at  hello@zoobibi.com with your order number.

What do I do if my order is broken or incorrect?

Oh no! Should an item arrive broken or incorrect, lets rectify this as quick as possible. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page to learn how best to solve this problem.

Where do you deliver to in Australia?

We believe everyone in Australia deserves a beautiful home, which is why we proudly deliver Australia wide.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! If you’re hoping for Zoobibi to deliver to your country or area, why not let us know at hello@zoobibi.com.au and sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

You certainly can! Simply select the ‘Pick up’ option at check out and choose when you would like your order to be ready for you. You’ll find access to our Click and Collect area is at the back of our showroom in Hawthorn East.

How much is delivery?

Standard postage prices apply, which means prices may vary depending on the size and weight of your product.

How do I update details in my account?

Simply login to your account by clicking ‘Login’ in the top right hand corner of the website. From this screen, you will be able to edit all your information.
